다음주 금요일(10월 24일),「제2회 KU Vegan! 맛있고, 심도 있게 알아보기」 비건세미나가 돌아옵니다!
이번 세미나에서는식물성 식품 시장의 풀무원, 대체육 브랜드 위미트, 한국비건인증원과 함께비건의 현재와 미래, 그리고 산업 속 변화를 생생히 전합니다.
이어지는 시식회에서는★ 풀무원 지구식단의 두유면 잔치국수★ 위미트의 식물성 치킨★ 다양한 비건 간식까지!직접 맛보며 비건이 우리의 일상 속에서 어떻게 자리 잡고 있는지 함께 이야기합니다.
특히 ☆ 리필로드 ☆의 다회용컵과 다회용기를 사용해환경을 생각하는 제로웨이스트 시식회로 진행됩니다.
환경 변화와 기후 위기가 심각해지는 오늘,비건은 단순한 식습관을 넘어 지속가능한 삶의 방식으로 확장되고 있습니다.고려대학교 구성원 모두가 함께 그 의미를 나누는 자리에,여러분을 초대합니다!

Hello from the Korea University Saving Environment Project (KUSEP) and the KU Institute for Sustainability.
We are pleased to invite you to the "KU Vegan!: Rich in Flavor and in Depth" vegan seminar, to be held on Friday, October 24, 2025.
This seminar will feature lectures by experts from Pulmuone, WEMEET—a leading alternative meat brand—and the Director of the Korea Agency of Vegan Certification and Services. Together, they will share insights into the present and future of veganism and the evolving plant-based food industry.
Following the talks, participants will enjoy a free tasting session featuring:★ Pulmuone’s Soy Milk Noodles★ WEMEET’s Plant-Based Chicken★ Other assorted vegan snacks
Experience how veganism is becoming part of everyday life through flavor, conversation, and shared awareness.
The tasting will also be conducted using Refillroad’s reusable cups and containers, promoting a zero-waste and resource-circulating lifestyle.
